After visiting an injured officer, Will Payton is being tracked by Bolt and Alan Madison as they use a small device to record Will's energy signature for Bolt to follow. Landing a job interview in San Antonio, Will decides to fly to it until Bolt closes in. Bolt's got a job to do...simple, really. Just kill Starman.
