Oct 24, 2014Overall, this was a great issue, a great look at three different heroes and villains. Now I'm more inclined to check out the previous issues and add it to my regular pull-list as well. Oh and that cover featuring Wonder Woman, by Lee Bermejo, is absolutely excellent as well. Ferocity and elegance both. Read Full Review

Oct 27, 2014This issue really surprised me in the fact that I liked it. I came in with my normal attitude "What are you going to show me that I don't already know DC?" Putting my jerk off attitude aside, it seems they did have something to show me and I like to think that I'm better for the experience. All the artwork worked well for each story. Even Wonder Woman's section, which I didn't like when first viewing, grew on me and I like that they went with the retro style. It all worked well and besides for some issues I had with some of the dialog in the Wonder Woman section, this has got to be the best issue of Secret Origins I've read because.......... Well, there were actually "Secret Origins". Go check it out and see what I mean, I don't think you'll regret it. Read Full Review

Oct 22, 2014For the Wonder Woman fans, Secret Origins #6 gives you an essential bit of the magnum opus that ends next week in Wonder Woman #35. You also get some art and story for two other great characters. Not a bad read at all. Read Full Review

Major Spoilers - Matthew Peterson
Oct 25, 2014Still, given how charming the Wonder Woman origin is, I'm inclined to forgive this book for a number of its sins, and if we add in the nice Deadman moments (as well one of the better treatments of Nanda Parbat since Denny O'Neil), I think I can accept Sinestro's story as the origin of a monstrous jerk and move on. Secret Origins #6 is interestingly timed, coming as this creative team leaves Wonder Woman's book, but gives us a nice scope on three very different aspects of the New 52 DCU. Read Full Review
