As I have stated, I never would have imagined someone so gruff with his own pack and pet could become something to be admired, if only for a brief moment. Scrappy-Doo, a canine who never wanted to be anything but a dog, but due to the manipulations of the Complex, he will fulfill a chance to change the world. Sep 10, 2017Overall issue #16 was pretty good. Keith Griffen and J.M. DeMatteis continue to walk us down an interesting narrative path. Ron Wagner and Andy Owens handle the art well, although there were a few panels where I was frustratingly unsure if I was looking at a dust cloud or an explosion. Read Full Review
