    In the end, it's tough to get past the fact that Salvation Run simply feels like the space between two editorially mandated plot points – the villains are exiled and then return. Still, it was fun while it lasted, which I suppose is enough to ask from a comic book miniseries. Read Full Review

    Pretty unsatisfying ending, as J'onn is still on an alien planet, Grodd and Joker still have unresolved business as well as Joker and Lex. That Joker wannabe never amounted to anything interesting. The Suicide Squad didn't even get their revenge on Checkmate. I can't be too critical, though, as I'm sure at least some of these plot points will be resolved in an upcoming Final Crisis-related comic
