  We still don't know the fate of Robin. He could indeed die over the next couple of months. DC is mum on who everyone under the masks will be following the Battle for the Cowl. I'm hoping Tim Drake is there in a major role, as fans have invested too much time to have him simply erased from the DCU. This was a solid issue, featured some major reveals that are entertaining for long term readers, and great art by Freddie Williams II. I'm giving Robing #180 4 out of 5 Stars. Read Full Review

  Overall, the best way to describe this comic is as an illustration of balance: the characters develop, the story matters, the dialogue flows, and the cliffhanger requires a return to the next issue. Robin is an essential character to watch, not because he compliments the iconic figure of the dynamic duo, but because he still has room to grow. Read Full Review

  The shortcomings of Nicieza's storytelling are a shame, really, not just because they're painful to behold, but because this story is actually fairly entertaining (even if I have to do some rereading just to remember it). The idea of someone pushing Gotham even further towards the brink of chaos in the wake of Batman's disappearance is a compelling one, and it was good to see this return of a '90s mainstay character. I just wish Nicieza gave his readership a little credit, and didn't feel the need to drum us over the head with what's going on in each panel. Freddie Williams is a good enough artist to handle that much. Read Full Review
