Jun 29, 2017Particularly towards the climax of the issue, when Mishkingrad rises, it just doesnt look very good to me. I was disappointed, much as I hate to admit that. Jun 30, 2017Orlando and Tan go a great job on both the first half and the second half where all the action and danger live. However they only have one page to introduce us to Renzi who is the mcguffin at the heart of the second half. The quick change of all the cast around Kamandi leave both him and the readers with abandonment issues. Read Full Review

Jun 28, 2017Theissue begins with a convoluted solution to the previous issue's cliffhanger andends with a bloated tale of dubious politics. A lot of the issue looks rushedor redrawn, and none of it screams classic Jack Kirby to me. This is definitelythe worst issue in the Kamandi Challenge series so far. Read Full Review

This was by far the worst issue so far. The story was messy and sometimes quite difficult to follow, and the art, while being quite good, did not help it at all.
