There are some good moments, such as a major decision for Triplicate Girl, and we get some major plot developments towards the end as the main villain finally reveals himself. The problem is, we're 5/6th down the road in what's likely to be the conclusion of Bendis' mainstream DC run, and it feels like we're so far past this story in the universe already. Read Full Review

This is one of the most decompressed comics I've ever read but it focuses mostly on creating a sense of fun and I've come to enjoy it for what it is. If you're a fan of silver age comics especially, this will probably appeal. On the other hand, I think anyone can enjoy this if they go into it with the right mindset. Read Full Review

Bendis payoff reveal of the big bad is underwhelming. Having characters do little but chat and compare notes doesnt exactly set the stage for this big suspenseful epic tale. There's a near total absence of cause and effect within the story; instead, things simply happen and readers are left to presume that somehow the many disparate elements and talking heads might connect. Read Full Review

I don’t love the current Legion design, but wonder if I just need to accept it. I’m a Bendis fan, but this was just exposition and not much else. A lot of talking and I’m not sure we got anywhere.
