    Infinite Comix - Max Dweck

The Nightmare Nurse storyline is exactly what this series needed after "Blight"; Something short and sweet that gives us an idea of who this new character is and helps define the new team dynamic. While it's not flawless (there are unexplored ethical concerns about the Nightmare Nurse that I won't go into for spoiler reasons), it's a solid story that needed to be told, and does a very good job in the telling. Most importantly, it's fun. Read Full Review

Still, not a bad issue after all. In fact, it is one of DeMatteis' better issues by far. Read Full Review

    Weird Science - Eric Shea

DeMatteis continues to let his strange imagination soar in plotting out the adventures of our Dark heroes.  Thankfully with no event distractions this series has gotten back to it's own pace and I've been loving it.  Let's not forget the great art by Andres Guinaldo who wows me every month he's been on this title.  It's odd as much as I love Guinaldo on this title, I really want to see what else he can do because it's just amazing what he does with these characters.  Another solid issue, and I can't wait to see where this series heads to next. DC Comics News - Gil Smith

Although magic can be a little too easy of an out for any danger the characters face, strong character writing, beautiful art and just the right amount of humor make JUSTICE LEAGUE DARK one of the best monthlies from the eerier side of the DC Universe. Read Full Review

This 3 part story provided some great and necessarily deserved backstory of the Nightmare Nurse while helping the team develop the trust and teamwork they need I still have questions about the role of Constantine in the new JLD

It's hard to believe that I enjoyed these last 3 issues as much I did considering this book was off my pull list not so long ago. The team is still exchanging verbal barbs and as dysfunctional as ever but unlike previous arcs this one actually had a satisfying conclusion that didn't end with them finding themselves in some new mess. DeMatteis and Guinaldo deliver a strong Nightmare Nurse back story and throw in a couple surprises along the way. My only question is what role Swamp Thing will play on this team going forward.
