DC Comics News - Matthew Lloyd
Oct 18, 2017This was a very strong issue. Sometimes the freedom of an alternate continuity allows for better storytelling because it's impermanent. This iteration of the DCU will not stand for decades, but there is a wealth of stories therein considering the unique circumstances of this world. The ambiguity of the moral right makes the reader think and produces a strong story with some excellent character work. Read Full Review

Jun 30, 2017I was definitely curious to see how Kara would factor into this series at this stage and Tom Taylor has certainly set her up in an interesting way. The use of Black Adam here is spot on as it reminds us of what kind of changes/adjustments he went through while being a part of the regime and his desire to see a true peace in his view placed upon the world in order to protect his people. There's some great stuff in how he presents his version of events to Kara, and there is a lot of truth in it, while also showing his strength in dealing with those that try to engage him from Bialya. There's a lot to like here and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing where it goes next. Read Full Review

Lyles Movie Files - Pierre Brown
Oct 18, 2017The comics are much further than the video game adaptations and this has been on my must read list for quite some time. This issue shouldn't be missed by fans but I urge newcomers to start at the beginning otherwise this will be extremely confusing. Read Full Review

Nov 02, 2017The art as per usual is brilliant. There are not many splash pages but there is no need as each panel is dynamic and beautiful on there own. Read Full Review

Batman-News - Elena Carrillo
Oct 18, 2017No matter how crazy and cluttered Injustice 2 gets, it's still a good read. Not sure everyone will love this somewhat predictable pre-climax to the problem of infiltrating Ras Al Ghul's sanctuary, but it does deliver on the visuals as these artists always do. While I don't feel very sanguine about the appalling behavior of our "heroes", it's clear that this is the dark path Tom Taylor wishes to take us. I just hope ultimately there might be a bit more pot of gold hope at the end of this rainbow rather than mere sackcloth and ashes for a doomed world. Read Full Review

Weird Science - Repairman Jack
Jun 27, 2017What equates to a small dark intro to a character and mostly catch-up on the Injustice series as a whole I would largely say this issue is skippable. Read Full Review
