Jul 15, 2014INFINITE CRISIS #9 continues to be a tie-in and not a lot else. As an artistic anthology, it doesn't hold up because none of the art is of consistent quality across the board. As a consistent adventure, it's largely paint-by-numbers. Maybe it will become an obsessively grand in scope paint-by-numbers story, but we'll see. Read Full Review

Jul 14, 2014Infinite Crisis: Fight for the Multiverse #9 is heavy on action, but light on substance. Abnett's writing feels mailed in and Aco's art, while nice, doesn't fit the book. Then the book ends by telling the reader that everything up until now doesn't matter because the real story is about to begin. That's a heck of a thing to say after nine issues. Read Full Review
