Hellblazer #15

Its a series worth reading. Though its definitely not the same book, this series continues to harken back to the Hellblazer of old. So much like the old John but still doing his own thing. This book is a solid check in the success column for the Rebirth lines. Read Full Review

This is a really solid issue, featuring some gross ritualistic spells and typical double-dealing by John Constantine, but the real trick might be that it appears to be the conclusion of a three-issue story arc. Yes! That concise span that is rarer in modern comics than non-murderous characters. If you've been missing some of that ol' Constantine magic, then this could very well be your ticket. Its strange, but like I said, this definitely doesnt feel like the New 52 anymore. In this brief arc Seeley has given us a glimpse of the old John again, almost gnawing his teeth at the fact hes part of the DCU. This is also why I cant say its perfect, because it makes me miss the Vertigo Hellblazer so damn much. Read Full Review

The art is very bold and realistic every wrinkle on Constantines wardrobe is visible . it is bright without being too bright. The art matches the overall tone of the story. Read Full Review

Solid and smart if not exactly surprising story. I wish Seeley were sticking around longer as he has a good grasp on John.
