Phil Hester keeps on churning out the issues without any sign of slowing down, and in a marketplace where many artists have to take a couple issues off after completing an arc, Phil Hester's commitment to this title is truly commendable. It also doesn't hurt that his tenure on this title has helped to create a visual tone, as the art has a wonderfully moody feel, that helps to sell the more unsettling elements of the issue, such as the big attack that kills the rival mob bosses. The big sequence that has Green Arrow in a frantic battle to stay alive is also well presented, with the final page being a great image to carry us into the next issue. I also rather enjoyed the simple, but highly engaging design element of this issue's cover. Read Full Review
