Comics Bulletin - Tim Hartnett
Aug 04, 2003Mr. Waid and Mr. Kitson are the master of creating "feels" for books, and he has done it much more with his own creation. This is a fantastic new (limited) title for DC's universe, and I am glad that Messrs. Waid and Kitson have a second shot at this. A brilliant achievement. Read Full Review

Aug 02, 2003Again, hunt down number zero or the collector edition original printings. Theyre great fun, and provide the best primer on what this world is about and what its leaders are capable of. Comics Bulletin - Cody Dolan
Aug 03, 2003I knew nothing about this series when I picked up #0 last month, and now I'm completely hooked on the story of a bad guy winning. I have no idea where Waid and Kitson are going with this, and that unpredictability is making for a great story. So far, this book is truly unique, and that's rare in the comics industry. Aug 10, 2003Sit back and unplug your brain. The bad guy's won and everything you expect to happen does. You don't need to read this story to already know this story. Waid and Kitson have bills to pay, too, though, so I won't just dismiss this book. But please don't say that this is something brilliant. Because it's not. It's a good idea but that's it.
