Jul 05, 2017Christopher Priest continues his long form story that ties in everything we've seen before and still pushes everything forward in such a kick ass way. The art and story are just great and I can't recommend this series enough. Read Full Review

Jul 07, 2017Every person on the creative team does their job pitch perfectly and it shows in the characters and the directions they're going. Despite the issue being one final preparation before ushering in the new era by setting the characters up and getting into who they are and what they mean to Deathstroke, it's still a great read! Jul 05, 2017As long as Defiance stays a part of the Deathstroke series, I think that it'll go far. On its own though"well, I need to see more of the group in action before I can comment on that. Regardless, Deathstroke #21 is a promising start. Read Full Review

Jul 05, 2017If you've been following the Deathstroke series by Priest then you'll definitely enjoy what Priest has written here. This team might have good intentions, but it's a ticking bomb that's only going to explode with time. My only hope is that Slade can escape the fallout! Read Full Review

Jul 05, 2017If youre looking for a good jumping-on point for Deathstroke, this is it. Its a great exploration of what happens when an unrepentant bad guy attempts to break good so to speak, as well as a delightfully toppling of whats sure to be a tragic set of dominos. So, game on for this new era of Deathstroke, and I look forward to seeing where it goes next. Read Full Review

Jul 05, 2017This is the first Deathstroke book i've enjoyed in a while. There wasn't as many breakups so the narrative was easier to follow. There was one line that seemed out of place and did take me out of the story for a moment. This book was short and sweet and we get a reintroduction into the cast that will be gracing the pages for the next couple months. For the first time in a while, I find myself caring about Deathstroke. Read Full Review

Jul 10, 2017Deogenes Neves is an unknown to me but he seems ready for the big leagues. I dont always like the way he draws faces though, but everything else is dynamic and at the level established by prior artists on this series. Last question. Why is this series priced at $3.99 when it has the same page count as cheaper series? Read Full Review
