    DC Universe Presents #17 is basically a bonus issue of Red Hood and the Outlaws. If you like Roy Harper and want to learn more about his background in the New 52 Universe, pick up this issue. If you don't know much about Roy Harper, this issue is a great place to look. Keep in mind that next month, DC Universe Presents #18 gives Starfire top billing. Read Full Review
