Who loves 90's Superboy?  Well, after reading this story, probably everyone does because this issue gets you inside the mind of not only our hero but into the minds of the invading city.  With beautiful art throughout and a conclusion that will give any Superboy fan chills of satisfaction, this is one of the best titles that Convergence has to offer. Convergence: Superboy is a love letter to 90s Superman comics; the Metropolis Kid may have been back for only a short time, but it was like hanging out with an old childhood friend you haven't seen in a long time. To see him and Kingdom Come Superman battle it out is exciting, and this story is a perfect coda to show how a clone can be a true hero. Read Full Review

"Convergence: Superboy" #2 takes a route that's a little unexpected but oddly satisfying. It wraps up in a manner that most "Convergence" tie-ins wouldn't have felt safe doing, but it works for these characters. In the end, Nicieza, Moline and Marzan remind us why we cared about Superboy even when he was early in his career and making a lot of mistakes; even at his worst, he's still a lot of fun.
