I've enjoyed what's been put out so far and I hope this creative team sticks around for a while longer because I quite enjoy it. Yes I say this as a new reader to the character but what of it? So, Constantine continues to be a fully underwhelming experience. There are a few good ideas (the London curse), but they're swallowed whole by the mediocrity of it all. Constantine himself is still interesting, but at this point it is mainly just the concept of the character that is interesting. Fawkes and Lemire seem to be phoning it in with their scripts and even Guedes art doesn't save the issue. This is a waste of a decent character. Read Full Review

. . $3, 20pgs.+News52 Killer Ryp cover! way too many %$@#& ADs!! . . . This issue really creeped me out good, right from the splash page onward. So good for Lamire & Fawkes as they as they find thier stride with this. The characterization and dialog seem...OK, but im no Constantine expert. Guedes is also continuing to fine tune, and looks quite good here. Although i do feel that the character design for Mr.E is total crap. A good issue overal, even if the 'twist/out' is typical and a bit too easy.
