Feb 14, 2010Next issue brings "Booster Gold" back to $2.99, with the continuation of the Coast City crisis. Hank Henshaw became the Cyborg Superman, he brought the destruction to Coast City, and Booster Gold let it happen. Booster's not going to let this go easily, and I wouldn't have it any other way. The Weekly Crisis - Ryan Schrodt
Feb 11, 2010I never thought I'd say it, but this issue is held back by the Blue Beetle backup. Although its clear that this is meant to be a sendoff for the character and a payoff for longtime fans, it is far too rushed and there is no dnouement to give it any impact. The Booster story is solid and might have made it into Buy It territory on its own, but the Beetle story falls flat, which is a major disappointment for a HUGE fan like me. Read Full Review

Feb 15, 2010Booster Gold #29 was a disappointing issue that can be skipped. Hopefully, Jurgens' time away from the comic will recharge him and he will return more focused. However, I am worried about Giffin/DeMatteis taking over for Jurgens. Read Full Review
