Unleash The Fanboy - John McCubbin

Batman: Eternal #24 is one of the best issues the series has produced so far, with Spoiler making a brilliant superhero New 52 debut. Even if events were escalated. Highly recommended. Read Full Review

This issue was everything that I have come to expect from Batman Eternal: abounding action, elaborate schemes, shadowy villains… and more! This was a great reintroduction of the Spoiler and I appreciated that she was not depicted as more skilled than she should be at this point in her career. So whether you have been waiting for the return of Stephanie Brown or enjoy solid/focused issues of Eternal, this one is for you! Read Full Review

    Graphic Policy - Edward Wendt

Batman Eternal #24 succeeds in both of these ways. The story here is primarily focused on the relationship between Stephanie and her father, and ends in a fairly fun and fulfilling way. At the same time, she is a hero to be taken seriously, not just some kid patrolling the suburbs. The result is quite satisfying, and is especially so for fans of the character or those that appreciate a self-contained issue featuring superheroes. Read Full Review

Overall this was a pretty fun issue.  We finally get to see Spoiler in action and in the end, she was impressive.  Who knows what the next issue will be about, but I hope it's got more Spoiler. Recommended. Read Full Review

Its nice when this series takes a breather to focus on the general Bat-family, even those who dont yet realize their membership status. Theres a reason Stephanie Brown has been one of the most demanded characters in the NEW-52 relaunch and we are on a very so-far-so-good course. The books weekly release schedule will allow the creators to close any gaps in her characterization, and something tells me shell fit right in when the time comes. A slight misstep with Bats himself is no reason to stop following a book with this much continued, consistent momentum. Read Full Review

Comix I Read - Boris Roberto Aguilar

batman Eternal continues to be a fun, well written series. I am enjoying most issues and this one was a very well done issue. They are building Stephanie Brown's character really well. We are getting insights into how far the villains plan spans and what is involved. We are seeing further progression with the mystery under Arkham. There is a lot going on but the past few issues have done a really good job of focusing on a select number of stories while tying in others to the central plot.  Read Full Review

There are definitely a few wonky expressions (par for the course when most artists have to draw children, sadly) but storytelling-wise, this is a solid, if unspectacular, issue. Read Full Review

That Stephanie Brown issue we've all been waiting for is finally here! She's been teased for months, especially in the pages of Batman Eternal, and it's high time she got an issue all to herself. Mostly to herself, I guess, because there's a scene featuring Batman in this issue that makes absolutely no sense. Even when Batman Eternal has a clear focus, it can't help but glance around wildly at shiny things. Read Full Review
