Dustin Nguyen's lovely cover is also worth a mention (as it always is), offering up a nice mid-battle staredown between a smirking Stephanie Brown and her robotic attackers. The violet hue of the image is a great parallel to Batgirl's color scheme, and it won't be soon enough that I'm able to have this as a print on my wall. Read Full Review

Stephanie Brown has totally come into her own as Batgirl, and even if she shows up in the new DCU as Spoiler again, it'll feel like a step backwards for her. Pere Perez does good work here. The armored villains don't look particularly original " they're more or less generic armored guys " but the battle is good and all of the guest stars are exciting and dynamic. This is one of those books that will be sorely, sorely missed. Read Full Review

Miller tries to paint over the major gear-shift in story as best he can, and there are some enjoyable moments, but this is definitely not the way anyone expected this series to go. Read Full Review
