Another homerun here, we get to see a really good look at how Perry White operates under stress. Writing up a piece ready to expose Jay Faulk as the criminal fraud he is to the public, Faulk manages to kidnap Perry's delinquent son off the streets as ransom. Superman does some investigating and we meet a Bibbo here for the first time. Its a small encounter where he tries to punch Superman thinking he's a fake. The inner monologue of Perry in this was well done, Wolfman captured him perfectly here and I really felt his internal struggle. But at the same time couldn't help but agree with his son that it shouldnt have been such a struggle to lie about Faulk in order to save his own son.
