The Mask / Marshal Law (1998)

Two of the most outrageous characters to grace the comics medium face off in future San Francisco. Marshal Law, fresh from his adventures with the Savage Dragon, is ready to give up his war against superheroes. But when his most hated enemy, the Sleepman who murdered his girlfriend, gets a hold of the Mask and unleashes murder and mayhem across the Bay, Law has to get back to his old tricks.
