The StoryWhen Simon Bruttenholm and Honora Grant visit the small country town of Noxton. They are hoping to find answers to their questions. Simon is looking for his mate Lowel who was supposed to be visiting to check out some Standing Stones. While Honora had an interest in the town's May Day Festival, which is supposed to be very different to other village festivals. If you want to see how the "traditional paranormal investigators went about their work then this is a great comic to grab. It does a fantastic job of fleshing out Simon Bruttenholm's character and it's nice to see and learn more about Honora Grant too. Chris Roberson flies solo as writer this time, and the absence of Mignola's brevity can be felt in earnest, but Andrea Mutti's artwork, featuring colors by Lee Loughridge, are what give this story life and make it an interesting new road. Read Full Review

If you are a fan of the Witchfinder series or the original Hellboy stories, then I think youll really enjoy Time Out Of Mind. The Mignolaverse is something I am heavily invested in. I buy the floppies, I buy the trades, and I buy the HC editions when they come out and this will be another welcome addition to my collection. Read Full Review
