Apr 29, 2012Hell on Earth? It's quickly becoming Earth is Hell. Even the undead can feel its wrath. This book reinforces that it's not just solving a problem, it's surviving it. Read Full Review

Apr 25, 2012Mignola and Allie take elements you'll find in the classic horror genre and implement them into every fiber of this issue; which is what makes it so interesting. It was great to see the art shift and become more panicky as the pacing of the story increased, The only thing I really had a problem with in this issue is that it left new readers in the dark; however, if you read the first issue you should have no problem following along. Like most B.P.R.D. books, although this is issue #2 of 2 it does still feel somewhat unfinished. Perhaps because their work is never really done. Overall solid story and great art. These are not your Twilight vampires. Read Full Review

Apr 27, 2012"B.P.R.D. Hell on Earth: The Pickens County Horror" was a fun two-issue sideline and I'd like to see more of these stories in the months to come. As much as I enjoy the regular cast, it's a nice reminder that other people work at the Bureau too. And with a story this creepy, well, there's certainly nothing to complain about. A good job from all parties involved. "The Pickens County Horror" was aptly named; as a character you'll want to steer clear of Pickens County, but as a reader it's a trip you'll definitely want to take. Read Full Review

Apr 26, 2012All in all, The Pickens Country Horror was a fun little two-issue series. I am interested to see how (or if) it fits into the big picture, and if there are any clues here that I should be paying more attention to. I guess I will have to wait and find out when Hell on Earth reaches its climax. Read Full Review

The nail-biting conclusion to this terrifying mini-series. Written by Mike Mignola & Scott Allie. Illustrated by Jason Latour & another freaky cover by Becky Cloonan & Dave Stewart.
