    Gods is a three issue mini and it will be nice to have a completed story in only a few months this time around. You can pick this issue up without having read anything else and youll be able to follow all of the necessary story elements. I cant recommend this book highly enough. Read Full Review

    "B.P.R.D. Hell on Earth: Gods" #1 is another strong issue for the comic, and hopefully some new readers will be willing to take a chance. (Who knows, maybe the beautiful Ryan Sook cover will lure people on board.) This is too much fun to go unnoticed. Read Full Review

    Unfortunately, Guy Davis' art doesn't please quite as much as it did in the previous story. Davis seems to be drifting towards a looser, more abstract style of penciling. Whether due to the pressures of what is essentially a monthly series or simply a stylistic choice, this approach doesn't showcase Davis at his finest. Still, in terms of overall quality this first issue is more enjoyable than New World #1. Just as in the pages of Hellboy, there's a strong sense that big things are lurking right around the corner for our heroes. Read Full Review
