This book is just one issue in a series of consistency and brilliance. Mignola, being Mignola, writes of the B.P.R.D. with ease and flow, letting us calmly but excitedly move from page to page with a hungering want for more. Instead of shoving a bunch of action at us, Mignola and Arcudi take their time to write out a story arc for us to be drawn into, and emotionally invested in—as much as Kraus is emotionally invested in finding himself and coming to terms with what he has done, as well as what he is yet to do. If you’re a Hellboy fan, you can’t afford to pass this book up. Read Full Review
