Jun 17, 2013I can hardly imagine a more exciting way to combine World War I, vampires, the Inquisition, and witches than this one-shot, which is well-worth the time. Baltimore really is one of those rare characters whose books you have to wait months for, but which always pay off as a visual and narrative odyssey. Read Full Review

Jul 03, 2013The short and skinny is that this is a great read, with a dated feel and interesting world, but has the potential to go either very unique and interesting, or a variant of something seen before. Read Full Review

Jun 19, 2013Although not as well known as Hellboy, Lord Baltimore does have my vote for Mignola’s best work. If you like storytelling, you will be entertained by the Baltimore series, including “The Inquisitor”. Read Full Review

Jun 19, 2013I find myself wanting to reread Baltimore from the beginning again. This story is the breath before the plunge, touching on elements from previous stories while setting pieces in place for something big. If you are a Baltimore fan, this is a story you can't afford to miss. Even if you're new to the series, The Inquisitor is easily accessible and well worth getting a hold of. Read Full Review

Culture Mass - Stephen Wilds
Jun 18, 2013A dark and depressive look at a war torn world that embraces the Gothic foundation of the previous books. This book is an interesting tale that focuses on its secondary characters to set-up for what should be a promising continuation. Read Full Review

Jun 18, 2013Low on action, but high on plot, this story sets the stage for some exciting future issues. It's not the best issue of Baltimore, not by a long shot, but it's good enough. Read Full Review
