Apr 01, 2015Angel and Faith seems to have lost sight of a few things: 1. Angel, 2. Faith, and 3. Magic Town. The three focal points have not much been so the last two issues. It's telling, then, that they're still pretty good. Whedon's stuff works best when steeped in character and, even as Koh takes over the narrative, the issues still seem strong despite its relative lack of focus on the focal characters / location. Nadira may have pointed Koh in the right direction, but Angel was the impetus. And it may be Angel, or Faith, that provides the final push to the good side for Koh. Read Full Review
