Comics Bulletin - Ray Tate
Sep 03, 2002Fray's Karl Moline nicely keeps Cassie's escape in the background while Melchior egotistically hogs the spotlight as a classic version of Max Shreck's Count Orlock from Nostferatu. The only difference is that this vampire loves the sound of his own voice. Perhaps, that is why Cassie's final angry and gruesome act seems so wonderfully poetic. Read Full Review

Sep 06, 2002I couldn't believe all of the bad luck Cassie is now facing. After this atrocious ordeal, she now must be on the run, because she is being blamed for Malachi's homicide! Mix the Evil Dead with the Fugitive and maybe even some car chase movies like 'Vanishing Point' and 'Smokey the Bandit', you have Route 666 #3 - god knows what will happen in future issues! Then you end it with a possible fatal car crash? This is just way too creepy! Read Full Review
