Comics Bulletin - Christopher Power
Feb 06, 2010Overall, I am most impressed with this outing of Toy Story as a comic book. I was sceptical if it would transition from celluloid to floppy page, but I must admit, I enjoyed it quite a bit. I look forward to seeing how Buzz gets rescued (again). Read Full Review

IGN - Jesse Schedeen
Feb 03, 2010For better or worse, this comic reads like a script for an unreleased Toy Story sequel as penned by Disney's corporate suits. It's painfully familiar at times, but also faithful to the characters and reasonably entertaining even for adult readers. Hopefully as this ongoing series wears on we'll see Snider take more chances and be a bit more adventurous with the license. Read Full Review

The Weekly Crisis - Ryan Schrodt
Feb 04, 2010There are still some pretty major wrinkles that need to be ironed out with this comicmostly with the artbut it is a major improvement from the last issue. Snider is clearly getting into the groove when it comes to his take on these very iconic characters as he increases his authenticity and authority when it comes to handling them. Writing alone, this is a really fun comic; I just hope that between issues #1 and #2 the art can make the same strides that the writing did between issues #0 and #1. Read Full Review

The Weekly Crisis - Ryan K Lindsay
Feb 04, 2010Its an issue that sets up a great little story idea which I would have loved as a little lad, and if I had a 12 year old son I would buy this for him, absolutely. There are not enough fun books for our kids but this one does its best to lift the game for our next generation of readers. In fact, if you do buy this for a little one please let us know what they thought in the comments below. Read Full Review
