North Wind is very true to its genre. Reading it feels at the same time familiar and refreshing, and I, for one, can't wait to see where Digilo and Cal take the story from here. And while those of you who don't appreciate post-apocalyptic stories probably won't be won over, the book's use of common, yet still entertaining themes, will undoubtedly satisfy fans of both the science fiction and fantasy genres. Regardless of if the writer didnt care or not, I didnt care about it at all. Its a struggle for me to sit here and come up with stuff to say about the book. Weekly Comic Book Review - Daniel Yanez

This book is full of clichs. It's the textbook definition of the hero's journey - no doubt about it. Next issue, Pak will probably meet the woman who was a little girl from issue #1. Fourth issue he'll find out the solution to the fuel problem and by the fifth, he will avenge his tribe. Sometimes this type of story is well done, not this time - it's too transparent for intelligent readers. But you be the judge reading #1 and #2 available for free. Read Full Review
