  But, in the end, the creative team was able to take a simple plot and use it to tell a hilarious story. More than that, this issue shows us the oddball personalities of the main characters as they interact and play off each other.   I have no doubt that this series is going to keep amazing me with future issues. This type of humor that is joke after joke or event after event is my favorite kind. It’s fast-paced, in your face, and just plain entertaining. I love this series more and more with each issue, and I don’t think I’m ever going to stop!   "Giant Days" #14 is a great welcome-back for Esther after her flirtation with dropping out in the previous issue. The story is nearly self-contained, too, and thus friendly to new readers.   Solid, standalone issue. I'm really glad the book is getting back into the day-to-day life sort of swing of things versus the weirdly political espionage deal they had for a while. I was in student government in college. It's really not that exciting. Read Full Review
