From cover to cover Fence #3 is just a comic you want to get into as the creative team shows off their skills while boosting our primary protagonist. By using the classic underdog story and mixing it with a not so mainstream sport they end up delivering something special. Overall this is a pretty good story, it's fun to read, the art is pretty good, the coloring is great and there are some really fantastic panels in it. The writing is pretty good too, even if the pacing can be a little hard to keep up with, but regardless I think this is a great addition to the series and I look forward to reading more of it. I know readers would openly embrace a good, strong LGBTQ comic book. One only has to look at Kevin Keller in Archie to see this is true. Unfortunately, Fence is neither good nor strong. Read Full Review
