"We save them! So they can save the day!" Think your boss is tough? Try working for a superhero! While your boss is out fighting crime, you get the pleasure of scheduling public appearances, getting the dry-cleaning done and keeping a tidy secret lair. Millions would kill to be a superhero's personal assistant like Jimmy Lohman. Unfortunately, he's not one of them. A story of capes, cowls and Blackberrys.

Major Spoilers - Stephen Schleicher
Mar 25, 2009Caped does it for me. I like the real world feel of the universe that has been created, and I'm interested in seeing how the cub reporter/turned assistant deals with a hero that turns out to be a little less than stellar once his methods are revealed. I want to see where the writers plan on taking the story, so I know I'm hooked for the rest of the series. If you are looking for something that doesn't have the graphic sex and violence like The Boys, Caped #1 is a good read and deserves 4 out of 5 Stars. Read Full Review

Mar 26, 2009Caped is something you would pick up if you are a fan of the writer/publisher genre. I couldnt see myself seeking this out in the store. Its more of an impulse buy, like the comic equivalent of a Snickers bar. Youve got your milk, eggs, bread, and then as youre on your way out, you look at it, and look at it, and finally convince yourself why the hell not. Its not really necessary, but it wont break the bank if you go ahead and get it. Read Full Review
