The Gritty Realism of Dark Days (10:07) – A short, behind-the-scenes featurettes that focuses on the dark and edgy industrialized look of the film including a look at set design and make-up effects. Also features cast interviews.

The book concludes with a 28 page cover gallery and the psychofiles of many of the slashers that Cassie and Vlad have battled. This title has had a tradition of outstanding covers throughout its run, both horrific and seductive. Cassie is the sexiest heroine around. How sexy? Well, the series is currently in film development and its rumored that Megan Fox of Transformers fame is interested in playing the role. I couldn’t think of a more perfect person to play Cassie. Fantastic book!

Disc 2 The Making of Iron Man 2 (1:27:00) This full-length making of documentary is hosted by Jon Favreau and covers the film from pre to post-production and everything in between. Included is a look at visual effects, editing, musical scoring, stunt work, the making of the Iron Man armors, and a discussion of the lead in to the Avengers film. Featurettes Creating Stark Expo (6:30) – Shows how the modern day Stark Expo was designed and created. Practical Meets Digital (8:37) – This featurette covers creating and filming the Iron Man and War Machine armors and how they were able to achieve realistic movements from the actors wearing the suits. Illustrated Origin: Nick Fury (6:09) – Joe Quesada and Ralph Macchio of Marvel Comics and Samuel L. The Weird Western Tales of Jonah Hex - With this mode turned on you can watch the film with pop-up video commentary and interviews with cast and crew. Probably the most enjoyable aspect of the entire Blu-Ray. There’s a wealth of behind the scenes footage, great stories and anecdotes from the set, and interesting interviews. Sometimes the commentary is specific to the scene you’re watching and other times its more background info about the productions. You also get to see a lot of the pre-production artwork that was used to design costumes, makeup, and set pieces.

The set is loaded with bonus features, most of which have appeared on previous season releases however there is a bonus disc which includes a new featurette. The art in Purity is gorgeous, finely detailed black and white work with pencils by Andres Guinaldo and inks by Kwang-Young Hyun. You really have to appreciate the time and care that goes into work that is this detailed. Purity is a great story with fantastic artwork. Check out Dakuwakas website and pick up the whole series. “Corporation of the Corrupt: The Rise of Lexcorp” This featurette is actually quite good. It includes various comic personalities along with several professors discussing the rise of corporate America and how this played out in Superman comics with the growth of Lexcorp. Very well-done featurette.
