Mahmud Asrar continues his well drawn renditions of the book. Even though the tone is slightly darker in this book, Asrar's kinetic and fast moving pencils help the issue move along at an incredibly fast pace. Dave McCaig also contributes a nice color palette to this issue that brightens up the bleak surroundings of Supergirl. It is a testament to the quality of Supergirl that the book can retain such a high level of quality even in the middle of a mediocre event.
