Animal Man #27 is a let down because it fails to live up to the excitement that was created at the end of the previous issue. This epic battle felt more like epic filler content.

Animal Man #28 offers a sweet almost-conclusion to one of the best books from the New 52 relaunch. With pages full of action, and solid storytelling, Issue #28 lives up to the high standard set by the previous 27 issues.

Animal Man #29is essentially a summary of the last eight issues, not actually needed, but nice to read for the closure

Remender continues to deliver the best Cap monologues in recent history, and gives Cap the voice he deserves as he constructs an interesting story with with topical, moral discussions. In addition, Pancheco just kills it in the art department. Pick this up!

Remender and Pancheco deliver a flawless issue of Captain America. Full of excitement, intrigue and glorious, glorious action. Pick it up!

Constantine #10 is another solid issue in the Forever Evil: Blight storyline. If you've been following so far, this installment will leave you satisfied. If you're only reading the Constantine series, this issue will probably go a little over your head.

Constantine #11 is still exciting even though the story has become a game of cat and mouse. The cast and trials they face keep the book engaging and fun.

Christos Gage and Neil Googe start things off right with their introductory issue of The Flash. Issue #26 is the perfect jump-on point for new readers. While the story is a little bland, Flash's unique skills are explored andthe action is top notch.

Fans of Deadman, or The Flash should pick this one up. I enjoyed it. 'Nuff said!

While Vendetti's portrayal of Hal is not to my liking, the rest of the book lives up to my standards of a solid comic. There's plenty of action, good art, and a decent story with some moral conflicts. If you've been enjoying the rest of Vendetti's run so far, this one will be no different.

Green Lantern #27 puts the Lantern in an even worse position than they've been in since their battle with Relic. The Durlans' plot is finally revealed! Venditti and Eaglesham deliver another quality issue in this latest installment.

Jenson and Venditti string together a captivating story that addresses concerns with the recent changes to the Green Lantern Corps, and is by far one of their best issues since they began writing the book. In addition, the art by Bernard Chang does not disappoint. This issue is an absolute pleasure to read.

Justice League Dark #26 offers the same magic-based fun that the rest of the series does, while also introducing a change of location and a fun cameo. If you've enjoyed the rest of the issues, this one will not disappoint.

Overall, this has been one of my favorite mini-series of all time. Each issue brings plenty of hearty laughs and beautiful artwork. To top it all off, the story isn't half bad either! If you're looking for something a little less serious in the Marvel universe and are tired of Deadpool, pick up the first installment and see what the fuss is about. You won't regret it!

Mighty Avengers #6 is a weak overall issue with a lack of costumed action but it manages to be a must read for any Falcon fan.

Moon Knight #1 is a wonderful reintroduction to the character while building off previous story lines.
