If you enjoyed "Clone Wars," you'll enjoy this too. If you've never seen "Clone Wars" give it a try and then loop back around to find out what happens to a favorite baddie in this well crafted mini-series.

While this series seems custom built for fans of the two primary TMNT tv series, it may be a bit too silly and light for fans that prefer the turtles more hard-edged street level adventures. The overall story functions well as a stand alone, but personally I prefer these sorts of stories to be rooted in the ongoing books so they actually connect with continuity in a meaningful way. That being said, this issue serves as a great introduction to a potentially fun-filled story.
