Its to be expected that you get the odd slow patch in a series of any type but I just wasn't expecting it this early on in the comics and for it to practically take up the whole issue just felt disheartening, maybe a quickening of pace at the end wouldn't have gone a miss. I'm pretty sure the next issue will be back to its normal mind-bending characters and events but for this one, it lacked its normal suspense and dark humor, pray to God it returns in number 5.

I must admit I was itching to get my teeth into this new series, being a big horror fan anyway and reading the synopsis I immediately thought 'This is right up my street'. Like I said don't expect to be blown away by the art but that in no way means I didn't like it, it really fits.

All in all Power Rangers is a great little read for those new to the series and those who have grown up with it. A mix of serious and not so serious stories keeps the comic interesting and certainly left me wanting more.
