There's so many good things to say about Prez #2, it's absurd. Our heroine has barely even done anything yet, but I'm delighted by this world and her place in it. I've already fallen in love, and find myself dragging my tired brain from month to month in wait for the next installment. If you read only one DC title this summer, folks, it damned well better be Prez.
