The perfect song of the void is only beautiful if you can hear it. Beauty and interest is in the eye of the beholder.

In short, this is a good read for the collectors, but a bad buy for the casual reader.

While this isn't the worst book I have read, it certainly makes it into the top ten. I think this miniseries would be more at home as SyFy Channel Tuesday afternoon filler.

Maybe it's just my love of horror, interest in gore, or maybe it's just my sentimentality, but I know that this is onebook that I would truly enjoy adding to my collection.
