In this rather emotionally charged issue, the Rangers travel to an abandoned, devastated planet brimming with vortex energy, where bonds are tested and challenged, and the calm finally gives way to the storm.

Coming off of Beyond the Grid, this issue feels a bit like a letdown, but it also feels like the build up to a beginning so I'm reluctant to judge it too harshly. The few twists we get in there promise an intriguing story - I just hope the tension between the old characters and new dies down soon, 'cause call me biased but I'm leaning towards the newcomers...
