ORCS! #2 is an endearing fantasy misadventure comic full of goofy jokes and lovable misfits. It is a wonderful book to hand to young readers, or to share across your gaming table.

'I Walk With Monsters' #3 continues to slowly raise the heat on this psychological and supernatural horror story pointed straight at the rot in the heart of America.

'Redemption' #1 is a fresh, feminist take on the post-apocalyptic western full of harsh atmosphere and bloody revenge.

'Abbott: 1973' #1 marks the return of an engaging mix of political thriller and urban fantasy, and is an easy jumping on point for new readers. Don't miss it!

'Commanders in Crisis' #4 is a standout issue with melodramatic reveals, gorgeous art, and intense action. While some of the exposition feels a bit stiff, the payoff and the concepts in play are more than enough keep me on board.

The final issue of this down-to-Earth story about love and creativity in modern San Francisco takes a risky but rewarding twist by getting out of the Bay Area and acknowledging the truth the characters have been running from the whole series: before you can truly connect with others, you have to understand yourself.
