As someone who grew up with the Bill and Ted movies, the pleasingly 90's art style and well scripted dialogue presented in Bill and Ted Go to Hell #3 takes you back into the nonsensical, but bodacious world of the endearingly dumb but good hearted duo, leaving any fan satisfied.

In this 25th anniversary year of Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey,we are presented with a miniseries which isnot just a spin-off or comic retelling, but a lovingly crafted adventure for the fans. InBill and Ted Go to Hell #4 it's time to unleash the Granny Kraken and Party on, dudes!

Labyrinth 30th Anniversary Special #1is a beautifully presented anthology of tales, revisiting the world through lovingly crafted short stories and some of your favourite characters. It doesn't entirely consist of new material and lacks in the absence of Jareth, but in this year of 30th anniversary celebrations is a must have for fans of Labyrinth. It will not disappoint in quality and is highly entertaining regardless. Expect a case of warm fuzzy feelings.

This issue really packs a punch in true Mars Attacks fashion, with splattering gore and black humour – Agood old martian smackdown that takes you along for the ride with a relentless energy.

Mars Attacks: Occupation #3 is astop-gap in what is still a hugely entertaining miniseries that is worth dipping into and is a perfect piece of uncomplicated Sci-fi escapism, if you need a break from the heavier things in life.

Mars Attacks: Occupation #4 has reached the point of no return – will the finale return to the snappy pacing and meet the expectations set by the earlier issues? I think so. It's time ‘to save the world'.

So there you have it –the final issue of Mars Attacks: Occupation. Was it worth it? I can't deny it. I have been thoroughly entertained throughout " not on a groundbreaking or mind blowing level, but enough for me to recommend it as a light, enjoyable, and darkly humourous read.

While demographically for a younger audience,wonderfully colourful and well-defined, Penguins: The Elitest of the Elite #2certainly managed to make me audibly chuckle at the ripe old age of twenty-five and is a nice light read for anyone who fancies a pick me up, or something you can easily dip into without much investment of time or concentration.

Penguins of Madagascar #2.3is a non-stop action packed issue full of twists and turns to keep you entertained and suitably satisfied; in Saturday morning cartoon style, bite-sized chunks.

I would highly recommend Sherlock: A Study in Pink #2 for die hard fans and newcomers to the franchise, but if you're after a brand new Sherlock adventure, this may not be for you.

While Sherlock: A Study in Pink #3 doesn't offer anything new to the seasoned Sherlock audience – this being its main hindrance – the Manga continues to entertain and as you get used to the format it's presented in, picks up the pace by leading you down the streets of intrigue. In Sherlock: A Study in Pink #3Watson meets Sherlock's ‘arch-enemy' and phones a murderer. At least now he has something to write in his blog…

Snowfall #2 leaves you wanting more with its pleasingly classic art styleand begins to pick up the pace – including the first confrontation between Inspector Davitka Deal and The White Wizard, which is quite a climactic spread!

While irreverent The Fix #1 isintelligently craftedandcontains arelentless energywhich carries you along for the ride, whether you like it or not, and is compulsive until the entire issue has been devoured.

There is a huge quantityof passionthrust intothis project and It really is a diamond – I am struggling to find faultwith it as a whole. I have been reading and re reading The Fix #2 – it's completely effortless – and nothing presents itself as a glaring negative because you're enjoying it too much, except…we were promised a dog.

The Fixis aptly named because it isa necessary monthly fix! The Fix #3raises important issues while maintaining a solid pace, unpredictable storytelling, and we are given yet another dog tease.

The Fix #4lacks a part of its charm without Roy, but still comes up roses with lots of laughs, plenty of pretzels, and a strikingintroduction of an associate of Josh…

It is futile to assume the direction whichThe Fix will take, it's about as predictable as the English weather. Nick Spencer and Steve Lieber have copious amounts of tricks up their sleeves and they're not done yet…

As far as the Mac solo outings are concerned, The Fix #7is the best thus far. The plot thickens to a particularly gooey consistency, driving the story forward as new dynamics come into play. Previously unanswered questions are explored and Mac's side of the story begins to offer more intrigue, without moments of 'where's Roy?' experienced in previous Mac issues.
