Renew you Vows is far from perfect, but it's a nice distraction form the Doom ruled Marvel universe as it stands now, I'm sure none of this will matter in a few weeks when the All New All different Marvel Universe premiers. But it be nice to see Peter have his family back when the dust settles.

additionally, our new Batman is a GCPD issues Mech. Who reports to the police and is fully sanctioned. Like another familiar man in an iron suit, Jim doesn't like unregistered superheroes running around his city. And knows sooner than later the powers to be are going to point their new bat toy at Bruce's old companions. In a touching moment Jim disables his suits security cameras to confide his respect for Batgirl in what she and her companions have done for the city in their time, and gives her a running start.

Axel is struggling with his colonel dialect, and his flash backs are borderline unbearable to get through. It picks up in modern times, but never hits a stride. Majkut's art doesn't help. What I liked about this issue was it felt the story is finally moving in full gear. While Sex criminals is always a fun read, it has always felt like a ride around the block in a convertible, instead of a trip across the country. Now that Jon and Suzie have a list of others like them, they are on the road looking for others. Hopefully to assemble a Sex fueled super hero team.
