This is new beginning for Black Widow. And though that sounds a bit trite, considering this is a comic book, I have to say that this story and the creative team are endeavouring to make sweeping changes to Black Widow and her history and I am curious to see how well they do. Read Full Review
"Black Widow" is a title without true limits, featuring a character more integrated in the Marvel Universe than Kevin Bacon is in making connections between movie stars. The suspense really builds up by the end of this issue! Natasha has an intense face off with Lady Bullseye. This was a moment of strength for Natasha, she had Lady B even before she event sat down. They might be spies, but Black Widow has way more experience.
Plenty of Natasha's past is revealed here and lots of it will be a surprise!
Goes a without saying the art continues to be stellar!!!
The way this comic is written is a little weird and confusing, which I can say about most mystery comics, but Acuna’s art, Liu’s writing of Nat, and the sweet, sweet espionage make this issue great
