    I greatly enjoyed reading Avengers/Invaders #4. Krueger continues to deliver a highly entertaining story that is a wonderful blend of action, adventure, mystery and drama. Krueger is crafting a story that should have plenty of mass appeal. I would certainly recommend giving Avengers/Invaders a try. Read Full Review

    Sadowski's illustrations aren't just potent in the fight scenes. The Washington D.C. architecture is detailed and looks accurate. He embodies frustration to a sword in the stone scene. The scientists wanting to perform a live autopsy on Toro maintain a certain detachment. The flame on moments impress as does the evocation of another golden age hero. Read Full Review

    This series isn't likely to go down in the annals of comic book history as a classic, but it's an enjoyable experience for the 20 minutes or so it takes to read through an issue. Unfortunately, the fourth issue ends on a cliffhanger that I'm eager to see play out, but the final caption indicates that the next issue won't come out until October. Read Full Review

    More annoying than anything, this issue ends on a pseudo cliffhanger with the promise that Avengers/Invaders will return in October. I really don't find the series to be worth waiting that long. It's already drawn out and lacking in substance as it is. I suggest readers spend this two-month vacation catching up on The Twelve and learning how this type of series can be done properly.
