The comic earns a solid slot for readers who value mood, menace, and uncertainty over tidy exposition. Those expecting safe, straightforward fantasy will instead get a challenge. I REALLY liked this. The plot isn't the most original ever but the writing and art was really good and I love the concepts presented with the villain being a badass demon lady and the young revenger being a boy, it's typically the other way around. I'll definitely be following this book.
