Good, not great, K.O. crossover that feels patchy here and there. The tale of Lois and Superboy Prime is interesting, but undercut by K.O. backstory exposition that explains how Luthor and the other competing villains avoided temporary imprisonment in the Phantom Zone and instead found their way into the tournament. The villains’ story then jumps ahead to sync up with K.O. Issue 2’s ending. It’s nice to have some of KO’s gaps explained here, but it takes away from the Lois story.
