Absolute Green Lantern #9 is a tight, suspenseful chapter that proves you don't need splash pages of space battles to be engaging. I think the problem of the book to me is that Jo Mullein really is a character hard to love. She cheated, and yet she still has the nerve to accuse her fiancée of gaslighting her?
